Tucked away from the main dining room, our intimate private rooms are perfect for boardroom-style lunches, business celebrations, or important client meetings, comfortably seating up to 16 guests. Choose between one spacious room or split it into two cosy rooms for up to 8 guests each.

With over 20 years in Singapore’s top restaurants, Manoj brings a wealth of experience, heart, and hospitality to Chef’s Tavern. He’s worked alongside culinary greats like Chef Santi Santamaria and Chef Justin Quek at Marina Bay Sands, the El Bulli team at Catalunya, and at FOC by Nandu Jubany, always raising the bar for service and guest satisfaction.
A certified sommelier with an exceptional eye for detail, Manoj is known not just for his expertise, but for his warm, easygoing nature that instantly makes guests feel at home. Now at the helm of Chef’s Tavern, he leads the front-of-house with grace, warmth, and a deep commitment to bringing our vision to life:

Chan Wei Peng
Executive Chef
With nearly a decade of experience in Singapore’s dynamic culinary scene, and a standout stint at the two-Michelin-starred Aquavit in New York; Chef Wei Peng brings quiet confidence, creativity, and precision to every plate.
Inspired from a young age by his godmother’s heartfelt cooking, he’s driven by a deep passion for showcasing seasonal ingredients through diverse techniques, often drawing on Nordic influences to create thoughtful, beautifully balanced menus. Calm under pressure and quick on his feet, Wei Peng leads with a steady hand and sharp intuition, making the fast pace of the kitchen feel almost effortless.
His leadership has earned both industry recognition and the respect of his peers, from receiving the Frances L. Roth Leadership Award at the Culinary Institute of America in 2018, to rising through the ranks to become Chef de Cuisine at Chef’s Table by Stephan Zoisl. Since 2024, he has represented the restaurant sector in the Singapore Chefs Association, and serves as Advisor to the Singapore Junior Chef Club, where he is a passionate mentor to the next generation of culinary talent.
At Chef’s Tavern, he continues to shape bold yet refined experiences that reflect both his artistry and heart.

Formerly part of our fine-dining team at Chef’s Table, Leroy brings the same impeccable service and wine expertise to Chef’s Tavern, but with an extra dash of charm. A true natural with people, he’s known not just for his deep knowledge of wine and pairing, but for the warmth, wit, and personality he brings to every table.
Guests rave about Leroy in five-star reviews, and regulars always ask for him by name. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or simply looking for a great recommendation, he’ll make you feel at ease while elevating your dining experience in a way that’s nothing short of remarkable.
